I like Willamette court to a point: I have some major health issues was ding for having too much clutter, on not properly cleaning the stove: I do not cook bathroom was clean an still ding me
This place sucks. It is infested with bedbugs. The staff is overly aggressive and abusive. Find another place for you or Your loved one to go. There are far better places in Tacoma, WA. I give it a zero rating.
This has been the most helpful and pleasant expierence I've ever had in dealing with property management. My 81 year old cousin needed a place closer to me and smaller than the huge awful facility he's in now. MLT has been nothing but kind and helpful. He moves in soon.

Zero stars. The office staff is rude, unhelpful, dishonest and incompetent. They promised a free month rent as part of the deal and then due to their own clerical error denied the free month five weeks after I had signed the lease and moved in. They are unwilling to correct their error and are lying about having told me I was eligible for the deal. They also reneged on the $99 deposit part of the deal. you can't make up my experience @ The Sequoias! Maintenance man above me was enabled by mgr/senior regional mgr in harassing me with profound nuisance noise using his floors as a workshop due to failing health. He stopped using the bldg workshop in pkg garage at his convenience instead using a stool on his apt floors banging and pounding/running shop equipment. I filled out the numerous forms they requested, provided them with all the copies of my bank statements and so on, gave them my deposit but to my surprise they denied me because credit was not perfect was a hard inquiry on my Experian credit report. I had medical issues a few years ago which left me with a lot of medical bills and a few missed credit card payments but when I called their tenant screening company (MOCO), to explain things, they didn't care and SHAG management didn't care either. This place has very little to no quest parking. After a short visit we found our car was stolen from the parking lot. Later found the vehicle was in a tow yard half way to Seattle. After several attempted phone calls to the center to find out what happened finally got a answer. They told me a tenant had the vehicle towed. They told us that parking was available a couple blocks away and that all the parking around the building was for tenants only. This makes it very hard to visit are relatives.
