First time going to the Rogers Clinic. I usually go to the Springdale clinic; but this one was great getting my DOT physical and drug screen friendly staff to. Thank you guys!
I had an appointment in February when I hurt my hand at work. the front office and radiology tech were super nice, really appreciated them! The doctor I saw didnt listen to me, I told him I wanted a referral to see a specialist (my hand was broken) and he said I didnt need one. This was a workmans comp injury, and my adjuster had said they need a referral from him for me to see a specialist, but he said he needed them to okay him giving a referral or he wouldnt. The staff and doctor were very nice! Wait time was minimal and service was good!
This place is a joke. The people who work in there do not look healthy at all. The DOT physical was really easy for a guy like me in to pass in his 40s. Ill bet the people giving the test can't even touch their own toes. Health Care Professionals...huh?
Appointment at 2:30. Left at 3:09 without so much as being spoken to. Slow.
