I don't think I've ever seen so many reviews that are a complete Conflict of interest , written by employees which is very much against Google's review policies. If a business does this to retract from truthful bad reviews or falsely pump up their numbers, there's no telling how much they'd screw you over. It's a job
Bought all new windows in 2019, since then we just found out all windows are defective and have been leaking down the insides of the walls causing TONS of wood rot around all window frames. They hung up on me twice, told me to F off, and it wasn’t their problem. Lawyers are now getting involved. We have substantial proof the windows ARE defective. I wish I could give negative stars. Furthermore Barb, the one that answers the phone, is the rudest person on the planet.
