DID NOT SHUT DOWN PROPERLY RESULTING IN A "LEAK/RUPTURE" WHICH RUINED A PAINTED GARAGE FLOOR. REACHED AGREEMENT THAT THEY WOULD CORRECT THE ERROR AND PROVIDE A CLOSING SERVICE AT NO CHARGE.DID NOT PERFORM AND REFUSE TO RETURN CALLS/EMAILS.
Very sad. Purchased the company's premium service agreement which paid for spring activation, summer system check-up, and winterization (blowing out the lines) Activation went well in the spring. Was no summer check-up but Zack (owner) did come out to repair a leak caused by lines only buried 2 inches dow. Zack also came out and replaced a defective controller. Fall has arrived, I've left numerous voice mails and texts on multiple numbers for Zack. He did attempt one call back but we were out. This is the tenth day of attemp... read more
Zach replaced 8 hydraulic zone switches with electric. A really good job. Also, repaired a large leak caused by an old tree root. System is almost back to normal. Zach is coming back to isolate the trouble.
Zack did a great job and made sure all of my lawn was covered by our irrigation
