If I could leave 0 stars I would. Called last Sunday for an A/C service because my Unit was not cooling and was told a technician would call me back, no call back received. Called at 9:20am the following day (Monday) was told they were busy and service manager would call me back, no call back received. My wife called on Tuesday and explained situation of no call backs and me being Asthmatic, she was told they were busy, through the next few days and they could not come out. One of Conserv-Air’s technicians falsely claimed repairs were needed during one of our regularly scheduled service appointments, just to get us to spend more on additional service. We made Conserv-Air (and their owner) aware and they did not care. Conserv-Air technician Bryce recently came out for annual service cleaning of our furnace. Following the service, he verbally let us know the igniter and flame sensor both needed replacement. This was also confirmed in his written report. Called to have a zone valve fixed. They were able to get it working without needing to be replaced. Will definitely keep them in mind for future repairs.
Bought a new furnace from these guys in 2018 which they installed. Had an issue the following year with A/C unit. Technician first tried to sell me a new A/C unit. I declined and requested they do a least test. Leak was found and Freon was filled as a temporary fix. I was told this would be a warranty fix next appt. COVID hit and I could not get Mike (the owner) to call me back. When I did get a hold of him he acted as if he had no idea we still had an issue.
