Never recieved a call for my screening/intake. Or my first appointment. I called back again to see what happened, they said they’d call me Monday and still nothing. Playing with peoples mental health is crazy. Just say you can’t take more people instead of wasting my time.
High turnover rate for therapists. I had 3 different therapists in 2 years because they kept leaving to find better jobs. Their medication doctors are very poor about refills and extremely difficult to get a hold of. Had to go 3 days without medication because the doctor wouldn’t put in for a refill. They also fired one of my medication ( the best medication doctor that I had been seeing since I started with Consejo) doctors through email with no explanation as to why. My daughter loves this counseling center and she was referred by he school. She feels heard and is able to go on group outings in the summer with her peers and is learning great coping skills. I have seen a good improvement in her behavior since she has been seeing the counselors here. They even go to her school.
