I'm a repeat customer of Conscious Water Inc, Berkey Water Filters. The customer service is excellent! I had numerous questions about using their filters in my Berkey when I first contacted Scott. He kindly addressed all of them, including a question that required a bit of research on his end. The installation of these filters couldn't be simpler. They ship from a US warehouse plus the US/CAD exchange rate is very favorable at the moment. Great company, great products!
