I can’t believe how beneficial I found the placenta encapsulation, including increased milk supply and hormone regulator. Encapsulation is one of my main pregnancy recommendations as I reaped such amazing rewards. Homeopathic remedies plus a tincture were also organised by Dita which I am still using for myself and my son. I had my capsules the next day after my son was born. Placenta encapsulation was one of the best things I ever done. With Dita she makes you feel so at ease from the beginning explained the whole process and what we would have to do which was very little. She is like a little Ray of sunshine. Anyone thinking of doing this just do it I would highly recommend it to anyone..

I cannot recommend Dita’s services more widely. She was a pleasure to deal with and made the process of placenta encapsulation simple and straightforward. At a time when there is a lot going on around pregnancy and birth, Dita provided a wonderful service that enriched this experience. I felt that consuming my placenta in this way encouraged my post-section healing and supported my postnatal journey, both emotionally and physically. High recommended, thank you Dita.

I booked The Essential Doula for placenta encapsulation, Dita was very professional, she explained the whole process prior to booking and answered any of my queries in a timely manner. She provided me with a cool box, ice packs and all the documents for labelling etc. prior. This was very helpful, the first time I booked encapsulation, I had to source all these myself with another specialist, so this saved alot of time.
