Alanna Pearl was a pleasure to work with as she walked me through each step in the process of setting up my Trust. We met a number of times to go over the homework she gave and to answer my questions and concerns. I would recommend Conscious Legal to anyone needing a Living Trust
Before coming to Alanna, I'd hired another firm to set up LLCs, and almost hired them to set up a land trust. They convinced me that these entities would protect me in California, and not trigger the due on sale clause when I changed who's on title. But when that fantasy started unraveling, Alanna gave me a reality check. She didn't make lofty promises just so she could bill me for more time. She warned me about all of the risks of creating more entities, so I could make a fully informed decision.
