My son and I had an amazing wholesome experience participating in a Saturday workshop. We felt very blessed participating in this workshop run by Sophie and being able to experience her sharing her passion and knowledge. It was a day that we will remember forever. A highly recommended experience x
I had a very profound experience this weekend, where I met God. God, Source, Spirit, Universe (whatever you choose to call the Infinite Intelligence that created all there is). I had the most amazing morning of cacao, shamanic breathwork, sound journeying, rapé (ha-peh) and art with Sophie at Conscious Flow Breathwork. The rapé (ha-peh) was intense! Amazing experience!! Sophie is a beautiful soul with a lot of wisdom. She has developed a great sequence rooted in ancient traditions with different techniques that helps you to reach an incredible state of blissness. Fully recommended!!
