The owner is the BIGGEST thief. I don’t recommend at all. He’s a liar, doesn’t pay his workers took over three years on a house that was stated to finish within a year. Pulled out the contract but still took ALL THE MONEY.

DO NOT RECOMMEND!! THIS BUILDER CONTRACTS OTHERS (AMNEE / JOHN FELEKE) TO COMPLETE HIS BUILDS FOR HIM, THEY DO NOT PAY THEIR TRADES, OWING 100s THOUSANDS TO ALL TRADES. CUSTOMERS ARE ALSO COMPLAINING THAT ARE BEING RIPPED OFF. CROOKS! FALSE PROMISES!
