I have done all the work on my cars and my daughter's cars for over 45 years. I had recentlylubricated the rear brake caliper pins on my daughter's 2014 Toyota Sienna, necessitating the removal of the rear wheels. A few monthslater she took the car to Consalvi'sfor inspection. Six months later I went to install new rear rotors but could not remove the rear right wheel because two of the lug nuts were completely stripped (nobody had touched the car other than Consalvi's).
