The biggest problem is the location. I both called and drove out to the given address, and couldn't find the business or get a return call. I tried again a couple of days later and he finally returned my call.
First used him to sell us and install a digital TV antenna at my son's house. Responsive, knows his business, met his commitments, did good work, fair price, antenna still working fine. Did my own house 2 years after that - again, a fine experience with no problems. Just recommended him to a friend, and she is also very pleased. Not sure where the negative reviews are coming from.
