I received a bouquet on saturday for mother's day and before I wrote this review I reached out and left a message for the florist and i received no response. I have a bouquet from Trader Joes from Friday Looks perfect, another florist on Saturday, same this one on Sunday was looking ill and monday even worse.. My daughter lives in another state and she picked this bouquet because it reminded her of her grandma that passed. I could not tell her that they didn't make it...SO disappointed. The day before mother's day I received a call from Karen at Conroy's around 1:26pm. I had a delivery and the driver couldn't find my address. I called back two mins later, gave specific instructions including my car make so they would know exactly where to go. Around 4:30 I called back inquiring about the delivery, I was told it would be there w/in the hour, they're busy w/the holiday; I said I completely understand I just didn't want them to forget.
