I've just left your office and am leaving some what disappointed in the 10 minute experience. Granted there wasn't much to be done at my appointment but felt more like the doctor and techs were moving cattle vs caring for a human patient. Some of the techs don't seem to have patience when giving instructions and placing tools in a patient's mouth. Also the techs could review a bit of the patient's wear history as a helpful reference. Dr Conroy and his office staff have been the best! All five of our children have used his services over the last 10-15 years. I’m very sad that the office will be closing in South Windsor, because I truly think he makes the best smiles around!!!
