Absolutely amazed. My wedding ring is 21 years old and unfortunately a bit worse for wear, had also lost a large section of the red and black marbled enamel band that goes around the middle. I was expecting that I was going to need to scrap it, but to my surprise I was advised by the staff that as it was made by Brown & Newirth (as per hallmark) it could be repaired! Male assistant very rude and arrogant. Not personable at all in fact I found him to be quite arrogant in his conversation with me. Where is the customer service?
Went in today to buy Plymouth Firework ticket. Unable to do so as there were no printed tickets and staff were unable to tell me time, address or meeting place for coach pick up! Would suggest whoever David Rowe is contacts the shop and gives the information needed to pay for tickets.
