Dr. Cheng listens to my concerns. Her staff is accurate and go beyond to help with questions and any other needs that arise. Office is clean, atmosphere is calm. I recommend Dr. Cheng for all women's health needs.
The office staff as well as Dr Cheng are all friendly and respectful. They keep you informed of all appointments and are very respectful of your time.

If I could give a zero star I would. The staff are friendly and do a great job. No complaints there. In fact the person who draws blood is the best one I’ve had. Super smooth and gets it right first time! However, Dr. Cheng needs to retire. Clearly she can’t be bothered to do her job. None of my concerns were properly addressed. She would stand there blankly looking at me on the majority of my concerns, on others she just said oh that’s normal and on a few others told me to go to a different specialist.
