So while it's my first time the moment I ask about the place, the nice lady at the front desk told me they're going to close on December 31, 2024 due to this paper that has all the info. They're hard working people and I wish the best for them after the place closes. God Bless and Happy Holidays.

Great gym equipment with plenty of heavier dumbbells and smith machines. Facility is always kept up with and the staff is always proffesional & very respectful.
friendly staff, outdoor lap pool. gym itself is smallish.
