I called last Thursday in an absolute crunch. I spoke to Tony ordering 3 large tanks of oxygen for my office needing them asap. We were in the middle of surgeries that day. We could have made it through with what we had but didn't want to take the risk. Jeff our regular delivery man made it happen and delivered to us first thing. I came into Conroe welding supply in need of a regulator adjustment knob. Mine was lost and I went many places trying to ask if I could open a package to check the thread pitch Tony helped me out with that no problem, I can now Fix my issue. THANKS TONY! Fantastic customer service was in and out in less than 3 minutes. Will definitely come back if I need anything else Welding related.
These guys price gauge their argon. Everywhere else said 40$ for a swap and these guys were trying to charge me 80. Great way to loose a potential customer.
