Dr. Portales is a nice enough person but his office is absolutely horrible. We went to establish care and get cleanings that are normally covered 100% (or even minimal out of pocket), but the staff decided we needed extra "cone CT images" that were not covered by insurance. They just did them and never said a word that insurance wasn't paying for this. We end up having to pay almost 200 per family member out of pocket for an exam that was supposed to be covered by insurance. Later we need a filling and again, it's like they ... read more
The staff is amazing!! They were very patient with me and my family! The staff did great with my little ones! There were little to no tears! They have true Texas hospitality! I 100% recommend!
He came recommended by fellow teachers and the office is the best place I have taken my kids. Very professional and friendly.
