Dr. Portales and his staff are wonderful! They are very personable and take pride in their work.
Another great experience at my favorite dentist. My son loved the cotton candy flavored polish for his teeth. It’s always nice knowing my kids are well taken care of. Thanks again!
Dr. Portales is a nice enough person but his office is absolutely horrible. We went to establish care and get cleanings that are normally covered 100% (or even minimal out of pocket), but the staff decided we needed extra "cone CT images" that were not covered by insurance. They just did them and never said a word that insurance wasn't paying for this. We end up having to pay almost 200 per family member out of pocket for an exam that was supposed to be covered by insurance. Later we need a filling and again, it's like they ... read more
