The hospital and Dr that I dealt with was nice but the social worker, Brian was awful. My dad was there temporarily due to ongoing mental health issues. Instead of helping to get him transferred to Tomball Hospital so he could get the psychiatric care he needed and have his meds evaluated he kept trying to tell me how my dad was fine. Brian kept telling me that not only did he think my dad was fine and very well behaved that all the staff did to and he didn’t think he would be transferred to Tomball. Worse emergency room I've ever had to deal with.
My husband has been hospitalized here twice and both times we were very satisfied with the care and professionalism of the staff. The nurses were very caring and always respond when we called. The doctors were also great and explained things thoroughly. Especially Dr. K. Gilmore, she was so wonderful at explaining everything involved with his treatment and care. We were very impressed.
