The rating I have given goes to the men and women that are overworked in the ER. There were, I'm sure, an over abundance of patients that literally flooded into HCA Conroe the day my sister and I brought our mother. They were scrambling to get rooms for patients and there were several left in the hallway, we counted six ambulances in the driveway. Thankfully my mother was placed in a room.
