Terrible staff was very rude
They really took care me asap. I felt like they did everything that will make comfortable and explain what was happing
Came in with a head injury by myself, and was told to leave and go somewhere else after having a head CT ordered but not done because I was on the phone with my sister because I was afraid of being alone in the hospital. On top of that when I called back to complain about it they told me I was recording and refused to stop and left on my own. A whole lot of lies to cover their sad is what it is.
I have never been in an ER that was so efficient. I always knew what was going on, I saw the doctor for more than a few seconds and was actually able to have a conversation with him, I was never left wondering what was going on. The nurse I had was Nurse Ruben and he was amazing. Great place to go if you have an emergency because the staff actually care.
