I had my baby here at this hospital I had the worst experience ever here before during and after my stay I had no idea where to go when I got there to deliver the baby the staff was stressing me out before my delivery during and after I never experienced such a judgemental and disrespectful place in my life having a baby should be a wonderful experience but they made me feel like I was a problem and so was my child they keep complaining and they weren't helpful at all during my arrival all the staff did was complain about ho... read more
Tomball or Ben Taub is better, maybe even St.Luke's ER. People deserve good care when they need it. God bless you & may he help guide the people here better if you end up here. I'm sure they meant well, overall it wasn't helpful enough for me or my friend when she went here. I pray for these people to be willing and able to care in the present & future, we need them.
My nephew was in ICU. They wouldn't let us come see until he got worse. Stable but critical was not serious enough for them. Yes he was with TDC, but they would say we can come and then the hospital would say no when we got there. Only time we got to see him was when they call and told us to come up there asap... By then he was on his death bed. TDC and the hospital need to get their rules together.
the nurses are all sweet and all but they are Terrible at answering call lights theyll tell you to hit the button if you need anything or if a medicine is burning but they wont answer the call light for 30 mins or more sometimes then when they do they say it will be a minute and its 30-45 mins before they show up. and dont expect your meds on time aint happening. they will take their sweet time
I can't find the number to call, to see if father in law OK, an to see if need to pick him up. I look at the website and I don't see the number.
