NEVER GO TO THIS HOSPITAL!! My son was involved in a motorcycle accident. 2 broken arms, one broken leg, collar bone & shoulder. 2 surgeries for arms and leg. They found out he did not have heath insurance and was using his State Farm insurance. Discharged 4 hours later. He can't walk, shoulder & collar bone still broken and he can't use his left arm. I am filing a complaint with Texas Department of State Health Services, but I am sure it will go no where. That's how the system works. My son suffers & they continue to operat... read more

If I could, I'd give this place a 0. My mother was there for 5 days and the staff were horrible. She is 86 and was in the bed the entire time and they NEVER changed her sheets or gave her the care that a hospital should give to ANY of their patients. I wouldn't take an animal there. Go ANYWHERE else.

I had my baby here at this hospital I had the worst experience ever here before during and after my stay I had no idea where to go when I got there to deliver the baby the staff was stressing me out before my delivery during and after I never experienced such a judgemental and disrespectful place in my life having a baby should be a wonderful experience but they made me feel like I was a problem and so was my child they keep complaining and they weren't helpful at all during my arrival all the staff did was complain about ho... read more

Tomball or Ben Taub is better, maybe even St.Luke's ER. People deserve good care when they need it. God bless you & may he help guide the people here better if you end up here. I'm sure they meant well, overall it wasn't helpful enough for me or my friend when she went here. I pray for these people to be willing and able to care in the present & future, we need them.
