Amazing customer service!! Pilot light went out a couple days after having service on gas line (not Conroe Plumbing’s fault - had an air pocket). I called on Father’s Day because we had no hot water. Dylan answered, showed up within 15-20 minutes, and had it back on in no time, and didn’t charge me!! Super friendly, great service, and they take care of their customers. Highly recommend!! A+++++
Last May my wife and I paid Conroe Plumbing (Michael Finn) $10,000 to install rough-in plumbing for our new home. He took the money and let a totally unqualified person do a botched job that had to be dug up and completely redone by a qualified plumber. He refuses to pay us back. Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners is reviewing his license and a law suit against him is pending in the Montgomery County court system.
