Of all my 20 years in the real estate industry and dealing with contractors and companies I have never met or had to deal with someone so rude and him being the owner of the company hanging up on me when I'm trying to explain a problem I will never ever refer this company to my worst enemy

Last winter, I had to call Conroe Plumbing during a winter emergency when a water pipe burst. Their response was excellent—prompt and efficient, which was a relief in such a stressful situation. The pricing was fair, especially given the urgency of the repair. I later called them back for a significant gas line leak, and they quickly identified that I needed to replace the entire line, and also my water heater, which (as we knew) was not up to code. I wanted to give a shout out to Corbyn who came out to fix a valve leak on my water heater. While here he noticed it wasn't up to code. He explained the safety issues and was thorough in checking everything out. For a fair price, he was able to fix what was needed in a timely manner. He did a professional, clean job and I am very satisfied with the results. Thank you Corbyn!
