I have been going to see Dr. Patel for many years. He is never rushed, listens, and I trust him with my care. Jayce is always smiling and willing to help. Jackie the MA is very nice and also doesn't make you feel rushed.
Front desk staff was pleasant and approachable. Nursing Assistant was prompt and professional. I think her name was Jennifer. She kept a smile. Dr Patel is knowledgeable in his field of practice and has always treated me with respect. He's detailed in his approach and listens to your medical concerns. He always on time for my appointments. I never had to wait long periods of time. And lastly Jayci is the best! Also the new office look is fabulous!!
The staff from the receptionist to the check out staff were very pleasant and helpful. Dr O'Neal was very pleasant, through, patient, and informative. The experience was very pleasant.
