Rude and unprofessional staff
Since I have to have one this is the best so far that I have used. Very nice staff and very friendly. I have used them twice in the last month.
MRI done. 3 weeks later still no results to my doctor. The excuse: Fax machine not working.. Really ??? 3 weeks !!Stay away from this place they dont know what they are doing.
Unprofessional circus. They made my appointment and when I arrived they said I didnt have an appointment. They rescheduled it for the next day and told me the test would take 2 hours. When I arrived they said the test would take 3 hours. When I was leaving they gave me a receipt for what I paid. It wasnt even my receipt! It was another patients, complete with their name, credit card number and expiration date! Ill never go there again.
This clinic is ridiculous and should be avoided. We were refered there by the sadler clinic. They do not verify insurance or both to check the patients records prior to getting there. They use the excuse they have recieved nothing and let you wait until they contact someone.nI made a visit and was there for hours. My wife waited an hour and was told it would be four hours before they could get approval on the insurance.
