Worst experience EVER!!! They took my order and money over the phone. Never mentioned anything about canceling or refunds until a text came after the fact. I asked for hospital grade knee scooter and was given a 3 wheeler one which was wobbly and could easily have tipped over. I had it all of 15 min and called back and told them we could not use this and wanted a refund (300.00). I was then told sorry we don’t take them back and there is no refunds! I’m renting this btw. Called in an order for gloves, they charged my card $649.48. I immediately called them back and cancelled.They have yet to refund my card, I’ve called several times and they put me on hold.
I called for a simple gait belt they told me they could deliver it tomorrow for 149.99. I bought from Amazon with delivery tomorrow for 11.99
