They lie! We visited because we were refer from our health insurance that we could do our annual checkup for free here. Since we schedule the appointment we explain that is all we wanted to do, we said it to the receptionist, to the nurse and to the young doctor that treated. We specify all we want is to complete the annual check up, we don't want anything else that will incur in charge. She said she understood and not to worry. Go here if you want to be treated like a PAYtient and not a patient. I rarely give negative reviews but I have to do so in this matter. Hopefully since I am a Level 7 reviewer this sticks at the top. Myself wife and 4 kids have been going here over 2 years and this place is the most cutthroat uncompassionate office I’ve ever visited. All they care about is insurance payments and nothing else. Getting a call back is next to impossible and it’s always a one hour wait no matter the time of your appointment. Only 1 person Jannie... read more
