We were referred Conroe Empire Electric to replace our ancient, worn-out Generac 14kw backup home generator with a new 22kw Generac. We had always used ARK Generator Services in the past. Communication was a bit difficult with Conroe Empire at times as they updated the wiring, electrical boxes, and generator.
