The false advertisement of this company really got to me! They advertised 4 rooms of carpet cleaning (with pictures of really dirty floors looking great afterwards) for $99.00! I asked does that price include stain removal steam cleaning? I was told yes! I have an entry/living room, 2 small bedrooms and a master bedroom! All with stains from kids and pets. Conroe Carpet Cleaning Pros is the only carpet cleaning company I use now. They are the only company who are able to get rid of pet smells / stains without them coming back after the carpet dries. They will go above and beyond to make sure what they clean is as clean as they can get it. I refer them to all of my clients. I have used them to clean carpets, tile, and several couches. I have yet to be disappointed.
My carpet was originally a light cream color that looked brown. In less than 2hrs they totally restored my carpet to its original beauty. One of our rooms was found to have dog stains and they cleaned it and deodorized it now it’s the cleanest it’s ever been. I once tried to clean my carpet with the rug doctor and thought I did a good job, I will never do that again. AMAZING job!! Very accommodating as we booked only one day in advance and they were here by 8:00 the next morning! Extremely thorough....fast...and friendly! We started off with the facebook summer special and decided to upgrade to the premium package....and worth EVERY DOLLAR! We will be calling back to have them do our upstairs level within the next week or so. Highly recommend for high traffic and stains and for anyone who has 4 kids in the house like we do! Lol
