We were in need of having some posts repaired on our outdoor patio. We contacted them to order the parts and requested they send a technician out to verify the color of post material. Instead they requested a photograph. The part was ordered and when the technician arrived it was determined it was the incorrect color. Instead of then reordering the correct part, they took our deposit and discontinued communications on the issue. Warning when giving a deposit for work that isn't completed.
I love my Pergola!! I had Conroe and Screen install a Pergola off of my patio this summer and I love it! It has enlarged our outdoor space and added the ambiance we were looking for. Thanks for a job WELL done.
The office staff was so kind and immediately helped me with all of my questions. They also got back with me in a very timely manner. I would refer them just on that alone. And the quality of their products is amazing. It has helped tremendously on keeping our home cool in the summer and warm in the winter.

We use your service back in 2003-04.Recently we called again. We understand we need to do more before adding on a awning/cover.The area we want done is all we needed. We have no intention do more of an area. We were told we need to extended across the home more concrete. Along with bringing the concrete out. This is in regards to a front porches. I love how you think we should do more. This is a fixer upper and there is no reason to add more cost. Do you plan to pay for the concrete and workers?We only want the area we talke... read more
