Damaged my unit and when asked about it they just stayed quiet. Didn’t do a correct diagnostic and billed me $300 and left hastily, but not before they tried to scam me by telling me my unit had a leak when it was later confirmed I did not. Had to get another company to fix the parts they damaged and misdiagnosed. They thought just filling the unit up with refrigerant would fix a unit that wasn’t turning on. Absolute garbage cons. Edit: The owners/GM should ask Carson during his apprenticeship if he remembers.

Recently I had the pleasure of meeting the owner of the company and doing business. In conversation the topic of his career came up and the pride he takes in making sure every customer receives a quality experience really impressed me. Brian has an incredible value of putting the customer first no matter the cost to him as a business owner. When and if my AC/Heating needs fixed I will ONLY be using this company.

They truly care about their customers and their homes. Coordinating the appointment with Elizabeth was a pleasure. Roberto and Rinner were very professional and extremely knowledgeable while running diagnostics on our hvac unit. I appreciated the options given for our consideration and will definitely continue to use Serveway for our hvac needs.

Serveway has been great to us. Kelon is the best technician I've ever had and he does a great job for the issues we've had with our new home. I couldn't reccomend him more!
