Absolutely terrible. Skip Conrey is a great b.s.er but at the end of the day will not do what he says he will do. His work is shoddy and the material he uses is garbage. When you point out issues(which he will agree with you on), he will then blame the manufacturer and will write you off all together. He is also a chauvinist. He would not even look at my wife when he was in the home; even when she spoke to him. We spent over $15,000 on new windows and he has told 1 lie after another.
