I previously took my car to another shop for a suspension issue, but unfortunately, the problem wasn’t resolved—even though I was still charged. After my air conditioning stopped working, I brought my vehicle to this shop and worked with Ken. Not only did they fix the A/C, but they also identified and resolved the suspension issue that had been overlooked before. Thanks to Ken and the team, my car is finally running smoothly. I truly appreciate their thorough and honest service!
Had a 9:00 a.m. appointment. They didn't even look at my car until between 1:00 and 2:00 and then quoted me $1,100 just in labor. I took it there for convenience and it wasn't convenient at all. It actually ruined my whole day. I ended up taking it back and doing the job myself for $300 in parts and 3 hours of my time. I guess that's what I get for trying to save that 3 hours of my own time
The fixed another shop mishap in about 5 minutes from showing up, they were nice and professional.
Consider taking your vehicle somewhere else for service. I took my truck and my wife's SUV there two days ago, the service was so bad they actually refunded the $93 charge for each vehicle back to us. They did not put the oil cap back on in my truck, did not top of any fluids on either vehicle, over inflated every tire on both vehicles to near max pressure. I have no idea if they actually used the right oil, or even rotated the tires.
