The fixed another shop mishap in about 5 minutes from showing up, they were nice and professional.
Consider taking your vehicle somewhere else for service. I took my truck and my wife's SUV there two days ago, the service was so bad they actually refunded the $93 charge for each vehicle back to us. They did not put the oil cap back on in my truck, did not top of any fluids on either vehicle, over inflated every tire on both vehicles to near max pressure. I have no idea if they actually used the right oil, or even rotated the tires.
I needed a new tire, called and they didn't have the tire readily available. But they could get one from another source, next afternoon. Made an appointment, went there, they put the new tire on, and no problems. Right now, they are a bit busy, but having an alignment done when they can. Make sure to book an appointment, either online or phone. That will help.
Made an appointment to do work which requires a lift just for me to show up and they tell me they can’t do the work because there is another vehicle on the lift. Complete waste of time. Shop was disgusting. Didn’t offer to reschedule, just told me that they can’t do the work even though they had me schedule an appointment. Garabage. Don’t waste your time. If I could leave a zero star review I would.
Friendly, competitive pricing, no pressure, up-front. This is my new car care home.
