I needed a service that is not considered to be usual (back hatch hydraulic lifts). I could have chosen to take the car to the dealership, but my trust in Conrad’s and Mr. Chris, the Medina Conrad’s Car Care Manager, made my decision to not do so very easy. I have been going to Conrad’s for help with my car since I was a teenager. They’ve always taken good care of me and have been honest and up front. They also have helped me out in quite a few crises (you know those times when you really need your car and it breaks down)! I highly recommend them!
