Tires were priced well. But the technician left greasy hand prints on my trucks driver side fenders, door and on the interior plastic between the windshield and drivers door. After I pointed the marks out they made a half-assed attempt to remove them.
Chris and staff is great, never pushing extras unless it could be unsafe. Always explains issues that are found if any.
Conrad’s has been great to us for 9 years. Just recently we were heading out of town with our 4 kids to see family for the holidays and my check engine light came on. Chris, the service manager, squeezed us in and had our car fixed in an hour so we could hit the road. Wonderful service throughout almost a decade!
Got a vehicle from my uncle, he said this place did all his work. Found broken bolt heads on the coil packs, maf sensor harness was broken and taped up. Poor service!!!!
Had amazing service today from Xavier and Ray! Very professional and kind! Definitely will be taking my vehicle to them from now on. Highly recommend!
