Got new tires installed on Saturday at the north canton location went back Monday to the same location because my car said low tire pressure the guy wouldn’t check to see what the issue was or if there was a nail but told what me it was probably a nail to just fill the tire back up with air. Went to the green location today, they said the tire was not cleaned correctly around the rim so it was a bead leak.
Definitely recommend Conrad tire in North Canton. Nick and Randall are great to deal with and they always get our company trucks in and out quickly.
Stopped in for a headlight issue I was experiencing. These guys were great. They figured out that the LEDs another shop put in were my problem. They replaced those with regular bulbs and I am no longer experiencing the problem I was before. 10/10. Techs were honest and informative about everything throughout my visit. I was also in and out in an hour (had to wait on a part, no big deal.) I'll be seeing you guys soon for other needs.
Huge thank you to Alex Briggs who went above and beyond on a huge project to fix my A/C. He kept my husband and I updated every step of the way and made us feel way more comfortable than the other two shops we spoke with to do the job before bringing it to Conrad’s. Alex at Conrad’s has mine and my husbands business from here on out. Thank you!
