Conrad’s took great care of me and my car. I booked an appointment to have two of my tires replaced and they didn’t have the model I booked, they upgraded me at no additional cost and apologized for the mix up. 10/10 service I highly reccomend.
This is the only place to take your car. Randall Nick Alex and everybody there is a place where you are informed about your car what is wrong with it and if it doesn't need anything they will not try to sell you anything I love Conrad's
I rarely write reviews but I had to take a moment to praise Conrad's in North Canton. These guys really know their stuff! I recently took my car in for what I thought were squeaky brakes. They said my brakes looked fine and that it had to be something else. They were right! They could have pretended to "fix" my brakes, overcharged me for non-existent issues, and I would've never known the difference. Got new tires installed on Saturday at the north canton location went back Monday to the same location because my car said low tire pressure the guy wouldn’t check to see what the issue was or if there was a nail but told what me it was probably a nail to just fill the tire back up with air. Went to the green location today, they said the tire was not cleaned correctly around the rim so it was a bead leak.
Definitely recommend Conrad tire in North Canton. Nick and Randall are great to deal with and they always get our company trucks in and out quickly.
