If I could give them a lower rating, I would this is the worst car repair shop I have ever experienced in my life. The man and woman who work there regularly are rude, unknowledgeable and have no idea how to run a customer service based business. They have a contract to fix cars for Lyft which I think should be given to a more worthy business. I was turned away two times after making appointments. I called because I found a screw in my tire, less than 30 minutes before they closed. I spoke with April, and told me they could take a look and service it, THE SAME DAY, before closing. Dylan serviced my car and they both provided excellent customer service and made sure I was good to go! With a holiday weekend approaching, they went well above and beyond what I had expected and greatly appreciate all of the help from both of them! Scheduled air conditioner service on TUESDAY for a Saturday as that's the only day we were able to make it work with our schedules. It also conveniently turned into being the beginning of a hot and very humid weather cycle. We are now under a heat advisory. An hour before our 9AM appointment today, someone called to tell us that the service was canceled because they don't have an AC guy working on Saturdays. Do NOT go to Conrad’s! Unethical company. Went in for tires and left with $8,000 repair bill as the Conrad’s Tech destroyed the passenger side of my car hitting a vehicle parked in their lot. Conrad never got back to me on my repairs and still charged me for the tires and labor. So wrong! Avoid using at all costs!
