I had a great experience at Conrad’s Tire Express in Mentor. The customer service was excellent from start to finish. What really stood out was how the staff treated every customer with genuine conversation and respect, not just trying to rush people through. It’s clear they value their customers and take pride in what they do. I’ll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend them.
Had new tires put on but just didnt feel right...think some weights flew off when I left and tested on freeway...lots of vibrations. My wife took it back and they got her in right away and rebalanced...sweet ride now! Thanks to Steve, Nick, Pat and the crew for taking care of us so fast!
