Greased my rear tires after a visit so i'd come back for new tires. Broke the latch on my hood and said nothing about it. Grease marks allover my hood where the damage to my latch and my door jam seal is. Couldn't use a rag to cover your tracks? Shameful. I own and operate a business and would never do my customers like that. Go ahead and call google to wipe this 1 star off of your list of reviews. There goes this client and his fleet of trucks. Honestly would take you further than covering your tracks.

I cannot speak on their actual auto services, but their customer service is 10 stars. I was driving from Buffalo to Cincinnati and noticed a bulge in my tire that was about to pop at a rest stop in Mentor. I didn’t know what to do, or where to go so I called to see if they had a tire I could buy. I spoke with I believe Steve completely in tears as I have never been in this situation. he did not judge me or make me feel bad.
