If you’re looking for a shop with top level customer service and your vehicle fixed in a timely manner I highly suggest you AVOID this location like the plague. Took truck in for a new tire. They didn’t have the tire in stock and said it would be finished by the next afternoon. Received a call the next day stating that the tire hadn’t come in like it should have been. I came in to run diagnostic test on my transmission to see why I was getting a shudder at around 35-40 MPH. I had suspicions that it was the torque converter or maybe I was low on Transmission fluid. They called to let me know that it was the torque converter that was failing and I was a quart and a half low on Transmission fluid. All the associates at this location are kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. Especially Marc, he was so wonderful and went the extra mile to explain what was going on so I could clearly understand. I am thankful for this experience because it’s hard finding people that can actually relate and truly want to help. I drove past a Conrad’s to get to this specific location! Thank you guys!
