My initial rating was 5 stars because they have the best price oil changes ever. However every time my wife goes there they try to up sell us $800+ on random stuff. I'd say avoid them for everything except an oil change. Just stick with your trusted small shop
Do not buy tires from these people. They use slimy business practices at every turn. They will upsell you on things you dont need and make excuses when things go wrong. I bought 4 brand new tires from them 2 years ago and put 20 thousand miles on them. 3 out of the 4 tires have been leaking since the installment. I bring my truck in twice a year for an oil change and they never checked the tires or ignored the leaks. gavin is super sweet and nice helped me with everything andrea was very rude i over heard them talking and andrea was calling us tire kicks whatever that mean he “says we are to broke to buy anything” i definitely don’t think someone like that should even be in the business not pleased with my visit today next time i’ll just ask for gavin
I will not be going back for any services they offer manager was a complete jerk to deal with
The alliance location has the rudest so called management person working Saturday 9/13/2025 had me drop car off to get oil change in about 30 minutes called me saying couldn't open the hood I sent my grandson and he slid the latch and hood opened then he called me to say done but can't close the hood .Well he got very rude with wife and said she needed a new latch but it worked before it was taken in there and he is not paying for it but they broke it
