I was in town visiting so truck problems could have wrecked my weekend, but I feel very fortunate to have found this shop right next to my hotel. I love the video diagnostic, and my truck was done same day. If I lived nearby, I'd bring my vehicles to these guys for everything.
Unfortunately, it took me three visits to this location for them to get the repairs done correctly. The first visit I had an appointment scheduled at 3pm for tire installation and balancing as well as wheel alignment. I get a phone call at 5:15pm saying that they are just now starting on my car. How does that work when you close at 6pm? I picked up my car that day and decided to schedule ANOTHER appointment for the week after to have the tires installed and balanced.
