Great customer service but didn't have the Goodyear Assurance tire I needed to replace one that was damaged.
They do suspension repairs on top of oil changes and tires! I took my wife’s SUV in for a ball joint repair and explained we work in Cleveland and needed it done that day. They did everything in their power to make that happen and as a result we both did not miss a day of work saving us hundreds of dollars! They were very nice and respectful and the work was great. I highly recommend them.
I needed a tire inspected for a leak. It was on my 2024 Chevrolet Equinox. There was a nail that was too close to the side of the tire and could not be repaired. Because the vehicle is an AWD I had to purchase 2 tires. Not what I had expected with all the other expenses of recently moving to the area. Dan (service writer) gave me my options, they had 2 comparable tires in stock and got me back on the road in a couple of hours. Thanks for the service. Next vehicle I own will not be AWD FOR SURE!
