Extremely rude throughout the entire process. Guy was rude and sippy on the phone with me and when i came in talked down to me like i was dumb. The fee to get inspected is almost $100 which is nuts. After they inspected my car they quoted me $2100. I don’t know much about cars but i knew that what they said were the issues were incorrect. I told them i would be getting a second opinion on the grinding noise on my front tire. (They basically said everything had to be replaced).
