Had gotten a tire rotation and an oil change in a brand new vehicle a 2-3 months ago, went to a different spot as I wasn’t too happy with the customer service only to find out that they believed my oil was not touched, and that there were also loose bolts left in the hood of my vehicle. Wouldn’t recommend this location as I have heard rumors of shady practice, but this was the definite proof that I needed to not return.
I have been a customer for several years. I walked in today with a low tire with a slow leak. There was nobody in the waiting room and 2 men were just sitting in the office. They would not take the time to even look at my tire. It is a a Friday and I was instructed to make an appt the following week. I went to another place that took care of me right away. They will be my new go to for service. I hope that it was worth losing a customer over.
Came in for “ repairs “ and was charged way too much for something they didn’t even fix right. Took my car to a different shop for an issue Conrad’s didn’t even notice or didn’t bother to fix. Midas does the same services and more for a way better price with better mechanics than Conrad’s. I will gladly drive way out of my way for my car to be fixed right the first time by people who care enough to do the job.
Rude. That is all.
Beware of hidden fees. They charged me an extra $10 shop fee for an alignment after I was told it was "$99.95 + tax" I hope that $10 was worth the broken trust and loss of a customer
