I have been going to this location for years but after my last experience I will never go here again. Last summer I took my car in for brakes and someone inadvertently or for some unknown reason turned my lights on from my auto setting. Being daylight, I didn't notice it so when I went out to start the car the next day, battery was dead as a door nail. When I called them, they just kept saying no one would have done that. Won't be coming here again. The outside tire machine is down and I was told by a older man to go down the street. Meanwhile NO ONE was working in the shop. Their main source of income is tires and one of your employees cant take 45 seconds to top off my tire? Currently 10⁰ out and haven't driven since Friday.
The service is terrible, i dealt with a man with a beard named Mike. I told him I would like to get maintenance check on my transmission to make sure everything was running properly and he was talking and looking at me like I was stupid. He said didn’t want to waste his time looking for nothing. The did not deserve my business.
Very angry manager of a Facebook group that publicly shares where he is the manager at? Odd? So if you spend $2,000 on parts and never get them you’re not allowed to be upset.
Had gotten a tire rotation and an oil change in a brand new vehicle a 2-3 months ago, went to a different spot as I wasn’t too happy with the customer service only to find out that they believed my oil was not touched, and that there were also loose bolts left in the hood of my vehicle. Wouldn’t recommend this location as I have heard rumors of shady practice, but this was the definite proof that I needed to not return.
