brought my car in for a nail in the tire, they noticed that the front ball joints had excessive play, quoted me $1100 for the repair (???) told them that I'd figure something out and to only touch the tires... I call the very next day and they're telling me they got the tire and the control arm for the ball joints in. I very clearly told them not to touch anything other than the tire. What does Bryan and Mike think the best course of action is? Have an attitude and get snippy over their mistake. Con-man's strikes again
They did an oil change, tire rotation and air in the tires. Just don't try to pick your car up close to 6pm cause they be ready to go lol
This place is the exact reason people don't trust auto shops. There was a high pitch grinding sound coming from my front right wheel. AAA towed it to Conrads at 8am- was told it may or may not be looked at today. Said fine- I just wanted to know what was causing the noise. Left and went to work. 11am- John called and said I needed new brakes. Was going to cost $1400. Yeah okay- go fly a kite with that price.
