I did not have a very good experience here the second time around. I went for a water pump (that they diagnosed was leaking) and dropped it off on a Tuesday. They never reached out to me during the day, so around 5pm I called because it should have been done before 6. They told me someone went home and that my car wasn’t looked at yet. They were apologetic and offered me 3 oil changes. However, the next day when they began working on it, they found more and more wrong with my vehicle that quickly added up.
