We recently had work done at the Vermilion Ohio Conrad's Tire and Total Car business. We had the oil changed and discovered that that the wheel alignment needed to be done. The Manager Jimmy and technician Paul were very professional, kind and informative on everything that needed to be done. The car needed to have additional maintenance completed and Jimmy and Paul went out of their way to make sure that everything went smoothly and that we were informed of what was going on. Great experience, nice guys, not pushy, had me in and out in 2 hours for 4 new tires mounted balanced and aligned. It was hard to find the size tire I needed and they had them delivered 2 days later. Will definitely be bringing my jeep back to them!

The nickel and diming the store does in Vermilion is just too much. After spending thousands of dollars at that location and the Amherst location, I still don’t get the feeling of being a valued customer. Yesterday after spending over $300 on an oil change and transmission fluid, I asked them about the alignment check they did. Again, they only brought up the topic AFTER they told me my car was ready.
