They're ok. Even if you have an appointment, it takes hours to get your car back for an oil change. I drop it off before work and after 2pm, it's usually ready (my appt for was 9am). I'm ok with that. What I'm not ok with is them putting my bumper in a bush and practically smashing said bush. My car isn't that big, so it didn't need to be back that far. Fair warning on something else....prices went up.
