They ruined the (tan) interior of my car with some type of oil/grease. Hand and finger smear marks everywhere! They do not respect your property.
Paid $1400 for 4 NEW tires and got 2 that were produced over 2 years ago. Then driving home, found that the tires were not balanced properly and couldn't drive over 50 mph without the car shaking violently. Very disappointed.

Although the tires look fine, they are super overpriced. On top of being a lot, which I expected, the manager and front desk guy was VERY rude. Often made smart remarks and sarcastic responses. Did not really talk much about the car just seemed to always be annoyed when me or my husband had a question. My husband and I are African American and I think it played a BIG part in how we were treated, even while be charged 400 dollars for two tires. Avoid these huge corporate owned companies go to your small business independently own shops in your area. After reading some of these negative reviews and being a former customer I can see how all this is becoming an issue, not with just them, but with other big companies as well.
