Avoid these huge corporate owned companies go to your small business independently own shops in your area. After reading some of these negative reviews and being a former customer I can see how all this is becoming an issue, not with just them, but with other big companies as well. My brother-in-law and sister came there with their vehicle that had over 200,000 miles on it and had many underlining problems. Put expensive tires on 2 cars. Started leaking immediately. Whole time my son and I are putting air in our tires every week. Brought the car back up there 2 months later and was mansplained away and charged $90 for an alignment. Later went to another Conrads and had to spend another $300 to replace where you put air in (not under warranty). Brought my car to another shop because the tires are so loud I can barely hear when I get a phone call and was told my tires are bad and I need new tires. Had to change the brake pads and rotors on my girlfriend’s car after she was sold brake pads and rotors on her car a year ago. Charged her almost $1300 at the time, until this week we realized her back driver side is making a grinding noise… come to find out they only changed 3 sets of pads and rotors, and completely forgot to do the back driver. See pictures for what the back pad looked like after I removed them and comparing to the other side.
