My family and I were on a half cross country road trip. Our vehicle broke down when we were 6 hours from home. After calling 4 other shops with no immediate solution, they fit us in with just enough time where we only lost a couple hours, rather than a couple days. We cannot be more grateful for the manager Dustin, and the mechanic who fixed our vehicle so quickly and efficiently. God bless these employees, they deserve all of your business.
This facility is clean and the employees here are extremely friendly and professional. We had a very stressful problem on the road and the manager Dustin was more than happy to make accommodations to finish the work same day. I cannot express enough how thankful we are for this shops assistance. If you want a repair facility who truly cares for their customers this is the place for you.
Simple tire swap turned to nightmare... cost over $123, disrespectful people put ugly gray and silver caps back on (I had nice black ones going in) told me the price per tire included things then told me the shop fees were those things.. so they double charge you. I called around... they really try to screw you at Conrad's... don't go here... you will regret it. Oh and 1 tire has the outside marl on the inside.. so they put 3 of 4 tires on right...
Dustin was amazing at front desk. and the team had me in and out in an hour same Morning as appointment! Had a flat tire from out of state and they got me immediately in in the morning and had it all Fixed to send me on my way. Super kind reasonable and shows you each thing they do. Thank you team for making my family drive safe with peace of mind!
