The tire they said they was going to sell me they didn't have it then they charged me more bad experience I wouldn't do it again
Horrible service and management. I scheduled an appointment and was told my car wouldn’t be taken care of till almost a week later. The manager was rude and dismissive. I asked to speak with his manager and was rudely turned down. I do not recommend this Conrad’s, they seem stressed and overworked and it bleeds into their customer service. They need structure and better attitudes. If I were you, I would go to Mr. Tire down the road. I was greeted with a smile and they were able to get me right in without an appointment.
