Incredibly rude
Definitely the worst experience ever! I scheduled an appointment last Friday for Monday at 8AM to get tir rods repaired. Monday comes and I drop my car off and the guy at the desk Andrew has horrible attitude. I pay it no mind and drop my car off anyway. They tell me they have to order the part it will be there by 1PM and it will be done before 6. I call at 5 yesterday only for them to tell me that they didn’t get to it today they only had one tech and he has been on a 6 hour job all day. So Tuesday come I call at 11 AM and ... read more
