I recently visited Conrad’s Tire Express & Total Car Care in Cleveland Heights and had a great experience. The staff was professional, the shop was well-organized, and the service was top-notch. I especially want to highlight Elijah, who took the time to ensure everything was done perfectly. His expertise and clear communication made the process smooth and stress-free. If you need reliable and efficient service, this is the place to go. Highly recommend!
Worst place ever. Held my car for 4 hours after it was dropped off for an appointment to replace tires and they hadn't touched it at all. They did not seem at all concerned with keeping appointment times or having any respect for us as a customer. When we made an appointment at a different Conrads they also informed us that the tires we requested were not even available in the state (meaning they needed to be ordered) so there was no way we would have even gotten our tires replaced today in the first place. **edit** When should I expect someone to reach out? I see Conrad’s reply below, will update the review once they reach out My experience was rough, this store is disorganized and price gouges. I scheduled an appointment for 9am to run the codes on a check engine light and move a tire on to a rim I provided and was quoted $190 base price because running the codes is considered full diagnostic. Took 2 hours for my oil change and tire rotation (which i had an appointment for). An attendant also tried to refuse me service because i complained on the phone about the wait (which occurred in the empty waiting room). After all this I got my car back and when i arrived home my tpms light was on because my tire was coming off the rim. I had to get the tire set properly at the firestone down the road. Will never be back and corporate never responded to my complaint.
I came here for an oil change. I’ve gotten it done before at other garages and it never takes more than 30 to 45 minutes. It took over 2 hours for them to change my oil, and on top of that they have a coupon for a $30 oil change but said it didn’t apply for my car and charged me $100. This place is insane. Wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
