The staff here is wonderful!
I lost a day of work . The tires were ordered, and promised next day for mounting at the coast guard exchange. I dont recall the fellers name. He is gray haired,wears baggy pants,and is about 5ft 5in. I recognised his vioce both when we ordered,and at the Amherst location. My days pay is roughly half of the costs of the entire purchase price. That individual described above is very smug . Both over the phone and in person. All of which reflects upon conrads overall. Tire price went from $250 via phone to $271 at the store check in to $291 when I paid got a wrong 🧾 receipt , never looked at it in the store, called and asked in then to mail it to me, still waiting to it last visit to any Conrad's 4/21 ,still waiting
