I had some issues at first, I was very angry, but Joshua fixed everything to my satisfaction and I left very happy. It is only because of him that I will be a returning customer and will direct all my friends and family to Midway Mall , Elyria, Ohio location. I am 68 years old and he treated me with total respect. He is an excellent employee, who deserves to be recognized.

Brought my car in last week for routine tire rotation. I expected tires would be checked for air pressure and tread . Today Monday the tire pressure on all 4 tires were low, 1 was 10 psi. Below the recommended pressure. When I called to ask about it the person wasn't really concerned and told me "if it stays or dropped come in or fill them up." Maybe if you checked like your supposed to I wouldn't have a problem. I've spent over $1500.00 there in the last year. Maybe I should find another Conrads.
Front brakes They fit me in with a nail in my tire in time for me to make my appointment! Much appreciated!
