I booked a drop off appointment online. I dropped it off on Monday afternoon for routine maintenance. They were polite and pleasant. I was given a very reasonable price that I was delighted with. I was called early on Tuesday to pick it up, everything was done & no increase in price or any issues. I will definitely use their services in the future.

At first, I was disappointed and frustrated having my appointment canceled 20 minutes before the time. The reason was understandable, but nonetheless, I needed my oil changed. Dave was amazing! He called me personally and helped me get an appointment at another location right away. The service at Elyria was amazing. Josh and his team were kind and efficient.
