The guys did a solid job installing my tires — no complaints on the work itself. I appreciate the care they took, and they even took a video walkaround of my vehicle to point out some recommended services. That part was cool, but no one actually went over those recommendations with me before I left, and nothing was provided in writing. My only real issue was the wait. I'm 68yrs old with cancer,my low tire warning lite was on. Called and Mark was more that happy to help with putting air in my tires. It's so nice to know that someone was willing to help
I asked them for help to remove a nut from a single tire and they asked me for $300 dollars. I thought it was absurd and a friend removed it in 5 minutes and didn't charge me anything. Be careful with these people. I'm Latin and I'm sure that was it.
