Not only are they professional... Their charity work for the public is awesome. Some people may not know this but Conrad's actually are linked with other organizations in order to help others in need. Let's go a little deeper. Immediately upon our conversation they got my car picked up and did what they said they were going to do which is by far the most important part. Thank you
Terrible experience at this location due to the garage worker by the name of Dominic. He decided he was going to be disrespectful by aggressively laying on the horn because he said we were blocking his ability to park however, his only ability that he has is to go to work because of customers that purchase Services and merchandise from this business and this child decided he was going to mouth off to a pain, Customer I want corporate to reach out to me or the reviews will keep coming. I want to give a huge shout out and an even bigger thank you to Tino and Lola for the help with my Chevy Express tires. It was a long and aggravating day with lift needed for my van already being occupied which pushed my appointment back to having the wrong tires for my van, in addition to my youngest son having a meltdown from being overly tired but they were both understanding and explained everything that was happening without any hesitation.
